So I want to talk about nutrition today and specifically how many calories you should be consuming per day if you're a male and female and what your goals are. I'm a certified nutritionist and personal trainer so you can trust what I'm saying. But so for women the average amount of calories we consume a day is about 2,000 calories. So if you want to stay and maintain the same weight you're at, you want to eat about 2,000. If you want to gain some muscle, you want to eat in a surplus, maybe 2200, 2500, or if you want to gain weight a little bit of a deficit, so maybe like 1750, 1800 calories. For men, it's usually about 2500 calories to 3000, it depends. So same thing if you want to gain muscle, you have to be eating more. If you want to lose a little body fat, you're going to be eating a little bit less. But yeah, just let me know what you guys think about that. you've ever heard that before and you know maybe what you think you consume on a daily basis.
