So I want to give you guys one of my top tips for shopping at the grocery store. And that is to stick to the outer edges of the actual grocery store when you're shopping. So think of any grocery store really the general layout is that you have the fresh food and the frozen stuff and then the refrigerated stuff is mainly on the outside. It's not that you can't get anything that's in the middle section but think about what's actually in the middle section, right? You have a whole aisle of like chips and candy and sodas and carbs and mainly that stuff in the middle is more processed food. So in your everyday diet, you want to be trying to eat more whole foods, refrigerated things, all natural things that have less additives and it's the least processed. So think about that the next time you go grocery shopping and where most of your groceries are coming from in the store.
