So I want to give you guys one of my top tips for shopping at the grocery store. And that is to stick to the outer edges of the actual grocery store when you're shopping. So think of any grocery store really the general layout is that you have the fresh food and the frozen stuff and then the refrigerated stuff is mainly on the outside. It's not that you can't get anything that's in the middle section but think about what's actually in the middle section, right? You have a whole aisle of like chips and candy and sodas and carbs and mainly that stuff in the middle is more processed food. So in your everyday diet, you want to be trying to eat more whole foods, refrigerated things, all natural things that have less additives and it's the least processed. So think about that the next time you go grocery shopping and where most of your groceries are coming from in the store.

Those are some really good tips now these supermarkets know exactly what they're doing when they do you know place those packaged items in the middle of the store but that is exactly why I do online shopping and I just go pick it up at Walmart or whatever Food Lion or whoever's doing the online shopping option because walking around the store is going to get you buying unnecessary things

I agree with that and I've never thought about ordering online. I have before. I've done like the Instacart but then they never really would get me like the right things and they'd mess up. But yeah, they know what they're doing and they place things on purpose in certain areas of the store where you're going to see it most and they have a very specific way that they put things on the shelves. It's very manipulative. Like share.

Yes I definitely try to do this as well ice go around in a square and then just go in the aisles that I really have to like you know fair garbage bags and oats and things like that but I try to fill my trolley with the fresh fruit and vegetables and meats instead of all the process shit

Yes, I do the same thing and like obviously you're gonna buy some stuff in the middle aisles But I would say for the most part if you try and stick to like the 75 percent 25 percent rule like get most of your stuff Whole Foods and then 25% processed or not as Whole Foods then you're like golden.
