So I was a vegetarian for a couple years and that was back in like 2017 to 2019 and I just want to talk about that experience for me for one minute and maybe can help any of you guys if you've ever thought about going vegetarian or maybe you're doing it right now what I found is that I was not eating enough protein I was way over eating on my carbs and fats because I wasn't getting enough protein I couldn't stay full for long enough not to say that you can't get your protein in when you're vegetarian you definitely can you just need to make sure you're getting it from the right sources because no matter who you are what diet you're eating as humans we all need to be eating carbs proteins and fats as are the three macro nutrients so Just take my advice and if you're thinking about doing it I really would suggest like researching and getting the proper foods with high amounts of protein and having things prepped and ready to go so yeah let me know your experience with us if you were ever vegetarian if you knew anybody else that was and what you think about it
I would make sure you're having enough protein with like chipies, tofu, beans, lentils, um, kingwad, different things like that. If you're rigid-haring, I want to try it, um, but yeah, you have to make sure every meal has enough protein and
