So this one's for all my ladies out there that think that wearing a waist trainer is going to help them slim their waist line down or get abs or lose that extra body fat they've been wanting to lose I'm a certified personal trainer through ISA and a nutritionist as well I'm here to tell you that they do not work all they really do is kind of make you sweat more in sweat does not equal fat loss weight loss like I talked about in one of my most recent soundbites but What it can do is really constrict your organs and it can make you kind of rely on that brace to brace your core if that makes sense so there are like weightlifting belts and that's to help you lift really heavy D's if you wear them every single time that you were working out or like just on a day-to-day basis you can start to run your core will start to rely on that to give you the support versus like your own core supporting your body and that's not good overtime you want your core to be pretty strong so let me know your comments about it below If you've ever used one I've never used one
