So I want to talk about diet sodas and sugar-free drinks because I think a lot of people think that these are like healthier versions of sodas and yes, there's technically not sugar in them but they sweeten these drinks, especially diet sodas like Diet Coke with a chemical called Aspartame. And if you don't know anything about it, you can look it up, but Aspartame is known to cause reactions in the body like headaches and you can get depressed, you can have like convulsions, trouble sleeping, you can get insomnia, and they're linked to so many issues in the body, but I feel like so many people are just like, oh well, like Diet Coke doesn't have sugar, so I'm just gonna drink that, and they don't think about the long-term results. And you know, I usually recommend, you know, don't drink a lot of soda in general. You can have some here and there, but really try and find some options that are actually sugar-free, you know, like seltzers, or sparkling waters. I like to mix like a little bit of juice with some sparkling water so it feels like I'm getting that drink but it's much lower in sugar than a whole glass of juice or a whole coke would be. So let me know what you think about that below.
