I have a friend that does yoga. She's been doing it for about four months now and she swears by it. She's always bragging about how much better she feels since she does yoga. She's so more she's much more flexible now and She's less stressed as well. I Took a class about three years ago and I didn't stay the full class I really only stayed like ten minutes because I couldn't do the moves and I gave up like super quick But I've been kind of like thinking about doing it again, especially
