So if you've never tried one before you should really try a yoga class at least once in your life you know if it's not for you that's totally fine but it is such a good additive to your current exercise routine especially if you're somebody that lifts weights primarily and if you're doing that like five or maybe 26 or seven days a week because what can happen over time with your muscles especially if you're weight training and you're not doing any like mobility you're not doing any stretching you get really stiff and you're you can really get like joint problems and overtime give yourself injuries so it is such a good on combination doing the two of them because you can still build strength while doing yoga but you're also working all those little stabilizer muscles that you aren't working when you're doing like lat pull downs and bicep curls and squats and it's so good for flexing Ability and also mobility of your joints so if you haven't tried it already I would definitely recommend maybe even adding just one day into your routine I found it's so helpful for me and my body so let me know if you've ever taken a yoga class before or if you would be willing and you know open to try it you know or some things maybe that you've heard of it that you maybe don't want to try it

I have a friend that does yoga. She's been doing it for about four months now and she swears by it. She's always bragging about how much better she feels since she does yoga. She's so more she's much more flexible now and She's less stressed as well. I Took a class about three years ago and I didn't stay the full class I really only stayed like ten minutes because I couldn't do the moves and I gave up like super quick But I've been kind of like thinking about doing it again, especially

So I've been thinking about doing that again, especially since my friend brags about it so much. There's actually a class that just opened up by my house. They're starting to do like a beginner yoga. So I've been kind of like contemplating on checking that class out. So maybe I'll pop in and just give it a shot again.

I think you should definitely do it again and it sounds like whatever class you went to if there was an instructor there and they didn't really do a good job of modifying the poses for you because that's what they're supposed to do so y'all go to that beginner class and give it a shot because I feel so much better when I do it a couple days a week versus like not doing it at all
