So a lot of people tend to think that the more that you sweat during your workouts the more fat you're burning of the more calories you're burning but this is not any way associated with like how much calories you burn or how much fat loss you were going to have I'm a certified personal trainer so you can trust what I'm saying I know it I do like that feeling I know what people are talking about when you get like a good workout in a good sweat a good pump maybe do a hit workout it does make you feel good and it is good to do cardio for your cardiovascular health and doing cardio does help with losing weight overtime but I'm majority of weight loss is going to come from proper nutrition and then just exercising regularly being active so like if you have one sweaty sweaty work out and then maybe another one where you're not sweating as much you it doesn't matter you might have worked just as hard and build some muscle so don't worry about the sweat count during your Workouts
Yes I agree this is so funny because I went to the gym with my dad other day and I just I'm not a big sweater I usually never sweat like it if I was a sweat would be in a sauna and to my dad was working out next to me and then like 10 minutes he was already dripping sweat and I was like fine and he was like you're not even sweating you're not working hard enough and I was like that's literally not true because it doesn't correlate but yeah it's funny that you mention us
That is such a funny story and you know what I think men sweat more than women I honestly do and I think the like more I don't know if this is true but I think the more out of shape you are the more you're going to sweat when you like get into the gym or you like get back into being in the gym I don't know I don't know if that's true or not but that's just like a thought of mine
Thank you so much for sharing this because I'm one of those people who just doesn't sweat and if I do it's not a lot and I used to feel like you know if I had a really good workout I would see that I didn't sweat much and I would feel like I didn't go hard enough so I've been pushing myself like crazy just to see sweat thinking it was like some I don't know sign of progress but thank you for sharing this now I don't feel as eager to force myself so hard and sweat so much.
Good I'm so glad that this was helpful for you and I think a lot of people think that it is a very common thing to think I sweat a lot when I do legs if it's like a really tough leg day or from like outside and it's hot and I'm walking doing cardio but yeah if I'm in the gym for the most part lifting weights I'm not sweating as much either so that's totally fine
