So I've been in the fitness industry now for three years as a personal trainer and a nutritionist and I just wanna talk for a second about like men giving fitness advice to women and like the things I have experience and then the things I've seen other women experience and I just feel like it's I mean it's all the same essentially but women and men are on like different cycles and we got different things going on we got hormones we got our time in a month and we are just not built the same as men and then you see men just like promoting these things like a whole like no days off and like you know weight lift 77 days a week six days a week whatever and it's just not some of the advice that is given from men to women is like not good at all and it just doesn't work with women and I want to know if you've experienced some things like this below so if you've Ever had like any man really in your life tell you you know you gotta do XYZ if you wanna lose weight gain muscle and it wasn't really true or just doesn't really work well for women I want to hear about it below
Yeah I agree with that one we are we are they completely different male and female but I'm a go to Argos for both of us or cousin women give men and advice and other stuff as well so it's not this man he will give you a voice on women women do with a man as well
Yeah I definitely agree with that and I think we just need to take that into account like when we're giving people advice and like you know does this fit with me and like my goals is like a woman or a man or if I'm trying to build muscle or lose body fat so yeah I definitely agree with you on that
