Hey guys, I wanted to pop on here and just talk about what is a great recovery day. So if you lift weights a lot like four to five times a week, it's good to have proper recovery and like mobility. So if you're not doing mobility or yoga already, swimming is a great option for your recovery days. And I just had like a great pool day. I haven't had one in a while. If you've access to a pool, somehow start utilizing it and just moving your body around in the water is so good for your joints and your muscles and recovery. Yes, do it.
