Hey guys, I want to talk for a little bit about exercising too much and the negative impacts that it can have on our bodies. I feel like I can always tell who the people are that are like newer in the gym or like newer to weightlifting because sometimes they tend to go all out and they do too much. They work out too much and you know, don't recover enough. And I have been there before. I've also done that. I'm an ISSA certified personal trainer and you can just really injure yourself and it's funny because it's not something That'll happen like one day It'll happen slowly over time and then one day you'll really injure yourself because you're doing too much and you're not resting enough So make sure you you know I'm not gonna tell you how many days a week to work out but I say like between five and six maybe max but But resting and recovering and prioritizing your sleep and health is what's going to allow you to grow your muscles. So make sure you are making that a priority as well as working out.
