Okay, so I want to know what meal is the hardest for you to get your protein in. So that doesn't mean that you don't have any protein, but like for me the hardest meal to get a lot of protein in sometimes can be breakfast, specifically during the work week, because you know you're rushing around in the morning getting ready to leave so I might eat less than usual or not add enough protein in versus when I do on the weekends or when I have more time in the mornings.
