Okay, so I want to know what meal is the hardest for you to get your protein in. So that doesn't mean that you don't have any protein, but like for me the hardest meal to get a lot of protein in sometimes can be breakfast, specifically during the work week, because you know you're rushing around in the morning getting ready to leave so I might eat less than usual or not add enough protein in versus when I do on the weekends or when I have more time in the mornings. So yeah, let me know in the comments below below what meal is the hardest for you to get protein.

It's hardest for me to get protein in the morning because I don't feel like eating much so like I really just want like cereal so I'll just have like grape nuts or like a muffin or somethings it's hard to get protein in there

I agree, I think breakfast is pretty hard for a lot of people and I think a lot of people feel the same way that you do. Like they're not hungry right away in the morning and they just want to eat like nothing or coffee or just cereal. So finding things that work for you are definitely helpful.

I think probably lunch because for breakfast I can just have eggs or peanut butter with my toast and then for dinner I usually have like beef or chicken whereas for lunch I feel like that's where I am heavy on my carbs and not so much proteins I'm really bad at it I don't I'm not really entirely sure why it is I'm trying to think of lunch ideas and they all include protein

Yeah, I can agree with that too. I think lunch for me would be like the second next time where it's pretty hard for me to get protein in. I think dinner is pretty easy usually. A lot of the times when I'll do a meal prep, a bunch of stuff, and whatever I plan on having for dinner. I also eat for lunch. I know it's kind of boring but it helps me eat well so it's a good little tip.

No way that's not boring I totally agree meal prep and and then having it for lunch is such a good idea I always send my wife with the leftovers for her lunches because I'm just not a big leftover fan that's just me being a whiny bee but that's fine feel like there's something else I was going say oh also it's a money saver because then he don't to buy stuff for every single meal

I think for me it's breakfast because I'm very like I don't really like breakfast too much sometimes it is on her way down and I don't always have the time to make eggs or something like that and I'm not a big protein shake person

Yeah, and I think so many people are in the same shoes as you like breakfast is a tough time You don't have time to make eggs and food and you're not hungry What I've found that's helped me out a lot It's better than not eating anything But you can get like frozen breakfast burritos from the grocery store And those are really easy for those mornings where you just need to like throw something in the microwave and then go to work But everybody's different.

Let's be real I'd say most of meals are hard for me to get protein in but it's already hard enough for me to eat three meals a day I got dinner covered that I can eat dinner all day but like breakfast and lunch for some reason I have no desire to eat them like I'm not hungry and I don't get the protein that I need in them

I get you. I feel the same way sometimes. Like it's so hard to like work all the time or go to school and then try and get all three meals in and then make sure each meal has protein and it's healthy and it's it's pretty difficult but one step at a time and You know, I like to just make sure even if I don't know what I'm eating that I'm eating protein because it helps keep me full for longer and it helps without those cravings and blood sugar spikes.

For me the hardest meal to get a protein in is definitely breakfast I feel like the only like study breakfast option with really heavy protein is Protz that I've been eating but other than that I feel like it's really hard for me to get my protein in during breakfast because otherwise I'll just go for like the eggs or just like a lot of carbs and not a lot of protein

Yeah, and I don't think you're alone in that. I think breakfast is one of the hardest meals for people just to eat in general and then to make sure they're eating protein. But if you're eating eggs, eggs are great. I think you get about six grams of protein per egg. So if you eat two, that's 12. So if you just pair it with some like Canadian bacon or some sausage and then like you know an English muffin or potatoes you're set to go.

For me it's breakfast cereal because in the morning I don't really have that much of an appetite and protein can be quiet I am not having a lot of protein can be quite feeling so yes that's the most difficult mil for me to get protein

I think, you know, I agree with you and I think a lot of people struggle with, you know, not eating protein in the morning but also just not being hungry, like you said. And a lot of the times that can do with like stress and cortisol levels as well. So it's kind of worth looking into if you're interested in that.

Yeah, I think 100% I would say breakfast. Because getting protein through breakfast, it's not easy. especially if you're eating like cornflakes and everything like that.

Yeah, and it's so much easier to just like pour a bowl of cereal and throw some milk in and then eat it fast and hit the road so I think a lot of people are doing that too as well.

Yeah I'm the same I'm at breakfast for me because I know usually have a really early start and I but I do seem to add protein powder to my oats but I'd still don't think that's enough protein for that meal

Yeah, I love to do protein powder in the oats. I don't know how much protein is in your protein powder per scoop, but I've got one that's 27, 25, so if it's about that much, that's a pretty good amount for breakfast. You want to be eating about 20 to 30 grams per meal. And then if you add like chia seeds and like peanut butter and nuts and stuff like that, really get a little bit extra.

I must say breakfast. It's because I ain't got really time to prepare or something. It's like, I always like, I like my sleep so I'd like, Don't wake up early enough, basically. I'm just lazy, basically.

Say I feel like breakfast is the easiest for me only because I can grab some thing on the Quicks like the yogurt cups like all mozzarella cheese like bites that I have a protein pack of what's it called like a like a granola bar or like a protein smoothie like those like on the gold things or you can just open and chug I had that often was hardest for me as lunch because I don't always have time to like cook some thing I mainly try to focus on my kids and obviously the difference

I get that too and it sounds like you've got that down pat and I think that's what most people need to do. You know, buy quick things that have a lot of protein that are still healthy for you that you can just grab and go. I think a lot of people think they need to like sit down and you know make a meal but they don't have time for it. So that's really good that you do that.
