Yo, yo, yo. So, how does fitness improve your mental health? For me, it's got to be the fact that it just improves it in so many ways. Cognitive for starters. It does take the stress out your day. For me, as soon as I step into the gym or wherever, you know, working out environment, It's like literally my territory, my zone. It's a time for me to just, you know, unwind and, you know, propel all, whether it be negative energy or just, you know, any negative state, you know, which I'm sure a lot of people try to manage on a day to day. I just propel it all into the gym, you know. So how has it improved your mental health or benefit you in any shape or form? a terminal.
