All right, so what age should you start working out? I would say, I don't know, because I've got kids right, like my son, he's only four, so I'm just thinking like I would really try and encourage him and he's like what, maybe fifteen, sixteen, maybe even fourteen to be honest. I think the younger the better, but I mean not so intense if that makes sense, more like basic stuff like cardio, perhaps push-ups and things like that and sort of help him evolve more into a fitness resume, you know. So yeah, what's your opinion on this? Let me know.
