Yo, good morning my dear people, so I had a question. So coming out of Ramadan I did a fast right? For the holy month. And I was speaking to one of my friends who's saying, you know, it's a good idea to probably try a 72 hour water fast. Meaning you can only have water and coffee or black coffee. Nothing else. No sugars. Just those two. For 72 hours. apparently replenishes your body, your skin, it's more like a mental reset as well. So for me what I noticed during Ramadan was it was very therapeutic and very detoxing process because it sort of eliminate perhaps caffeine or whatever bad habits that I have when it comes to eating and drinking. So yeah has anyone try to walk fast and if so what what did they experience from it would be keen to know.

I have done it for like 24 hours before but not for 72 hours. I used to do intermittent fasting for like two years so that's why I used to replace my body.

I haven't tried the water fast and I will not try it because personally I don't believe it's healthy. That's just my personal opinion. I have been doing it intermittent fasting for years without knowing that that's what it was called before it became a thing on YouTube. Literally eat some time later at night. I don't eat till the next day four or five. That's just me naturally. So and I eat healthy and do healthy things and my body recuperates and refreshes and detoxifies that way. I don't believe stopping us.

As I was saying I don't believe personally it's my opinion that starving myself for 72 hours is healthy. It would mess up my hormones Yadda yadda yadda. I can live healthy day by day by day in the actions I choose. For example I went without breads for weeks and it was a choice I made. I can go without having any caffeine in my normal daily life Do I mean for like weeks if I want to or four or five days out of the week? that's how I live healthy and get all of this detox
