Alright guys, so what are the most effective ways to quit smoking? I'm an ex-smoker and what's helped me in the past I would say like I said in my previous post about you know, reducing stress, I would say sauna really helped and the reason why I say that is because the moment I you know, I finished the sauna and I leave the gym or whatever, I feel very cleansed and I don't feel the need to smoke and over time I kept doing it, kept doing it and then eventually I stopped So yeah, now it's come to the point where I can't even stand secondhand smoke and if I smell it, I just get really put off. And essentially it's for longevity and to improve my lung function and all that stuff. If you use smoke, what would you say was the most effective for you to quit? to quit otherwise if you're struggling what is it that you find hard to quit about it? amen

So just wait smoking and never smoke again. That's the most efficient way.

So this is for my personal experience and I think it's the most effective if you're talking about smoking quitting smoking cigarettes I would say every time you want to quit smoke a cigarette you smoke a joint because you know it takes longer for you to smoke you're gonna show the effects for longer so you're gonna smoke less tobacco or less you know whatever use it is your smoking if you're trying to quit smoking weed I would say smoke so much weed like don't try to
