Alright, another one, my stereo people. Do you do stretching before bed? I know that David Goggins, who's my favourite fitness influencer, does at least two hours before he goes to bed, right? Which I think is incredible. But for me, I usually do basic stretching, I guess like 10-15 minutes of it. and just wanted to know, you know, how long you guys do it for and what these seem to benefits of stretching before bed.
