Alright, so I'm hoping everyone's having a good day. Just wanted to know what are the most effective ways you guys do to reduce stress. Me, from personal experience, I usually go to the sauna, steam room, I would say, after a workout, and usually helps take the edge off. Otherwise, I like to meditate as well and do breathing exercises. And yeah, y'all let me know.

Okay so you mentioned the sauna or the steam room. I'm a thousand percent in agreeance with that. The sauna is literally what I go to the gym for. I typically like to go after my workout though but it is such a good relief especially on my knees like it just feels nice to have warmth you know see the next video. Thank you for watching.
