Alright cool so I've been getting back into cardio and I just want to know how much cardio should you do as a rule of thumb per week because I'm usually into weightlifting but I really want to pick up cardio more and how many times would you say a week, perhaps hours, Just let me know.

Alright, if you want to get rid of those chicken legs, I got one tip for you fam Cardio is every day leg day is every day Okay, and I tell you why I think this and why this is true. This isn't even an opinion Okay, after a week of not doing cardio it goes out the drain. It's pointless. You need to keep it up every single day for to actually have truly long-term benefits.

Yeah man, I hear you on that but what would cardio be measured on? Is that even for walks? Say if I'm doing 10k steps a day to 20k steps a day, you know, right? Sometimes we're not, you know, if we go to the gym we're doing other things as well, right? So just tell me.

Okay, so cardio, usually things that require your legs or something that requires you to pump a lot of blood through your heart. So like, I'd consider burpees like cardio. But running, bicycling, skateboarding, fucking swimming is a form of cardio. If you really want to get into cardio, I'd start off with like a jog. You don't need to be fucking full throttling it. I mean, it's just about maintaining it like any other exercise, but it's really just about moving your legs. It's not that complicated.
