You're back with another quick one. So how to improve lung health. So as you know when you go to the gym, you know breathing Really does help as you're doing sets, right? And then if you look at my other posts as well, I talked about how to quit cigarettes Which I know for sure would help improve lung health. I think other things that I help which from experience is like going to the steam room or sauna and usually you got this oil like in UK's all-bas oil which helps you breathe for your sinuses and and it's really opened my lungs in a way. So I just wanna know generally what you guys would suggest to improve long health and I'm always finding, cause I know there's other stuff like certain tea bags that really help us all. Can't remember the name right now, but yeah, feel free to let me know.
