Yo, so another one, how do you measure your own body fat? I've seen some scales where you can get the body fat and it's a link to an app on Amazon but do you think it's accurate? I personally don't know much about this stuff so I wanted to know what you guys use. It would really find useful so let me know.

Honestly, I think the best tool people could use is their phones and just to take progress pictures But if you don't want to do it that way you could use like calipers or if you want you could use like measuring tape but the measuring tape is not going to account for muscle if you're also building muscle at the same time.

So I have one of those smart skills through fit track that tells me my BMI and I ton of other numbers behind the actual number on the scale is pretty accurate too because I have done a BMI test like in my local gyms as well I've paid for those before and it hasn't been too far off from that
