In terms of the K-pop groups as in just talking about the boy bands care I know that BTS is super popular everybody knows who BTS is everybody loves BTS I like BTS to but they are not my favorite I actually don't like that many of their songs the group that I love and just kind of discovered when I was playing a K-pop stick like hits station on Amazon music like two years ago or some thing is EXO They are phenomenal like I go back and I listen to like their music from another older music and their new year music I just kind of like introduced myself to it all like I did with BTS and like almost everything I love it's just so upbeat and it's more catchy than BTS is you know other work that's not like that main hits that you hear on the radio and to me that says a lot about this group of guys I am as an EXO and honestly you know a lot of the want the like the getting tongue-tied but a lot of the hit songs that EXO had like in the past I think if they would've been in introduced to you know the US market back then they would've been huge hits they would've been bigger than BTS is here in the US if that would've happened and I wish I would've because EXO is like they are so good I just want all of you to go listen to their music because I think you're gonna know what I mean when you hear it

I don't know how much you know about BTS I don't know how much you know about K-pop but I have been listening to K-pop for I want to say maybe 1011 years now 2017 is 40 so I'm gonna explain all this to you As best as I can

First let's talk about EXO and just excellent general OK because I am an ex ex 00 I know you keep saying EXO but that's not usually people say it it's EXO you don't have to spell it out just EXO

First let's talk about EXOS company SM if you know about the big 3SYGJYPMSM and that was I will I really hourly would say now that that big three doesn't really exist now but then when EXO was like all these second GEN groups were coming out and stuff that very much was a thing in early K-pop

Let's just say that assembly had nothing to lose with him EXO and if you know about assume you know they have a CT it all of that bass XL is kind of similar they have subunits with XL as well and XL was never made to be marketed towards western or American music markets at all

EXO was always going to be marketed towards mainly Asia and specifically China it's always either with these entertainment groups like JYP does mostly towards Japan and then SM is more so towards China because that's where they found their success

I thought of a exhort has success for PTS they were already doing very well and that Chinese music market and so they really didn't use a branch outside of Asia that's not that wasn't their purpose they didn't need to do that that wasn't their time please whatever

If you really look if you really know anything about K-pop and you know how SM has other groups like NCT NCT 127 they are a Bing more so their marketing we're so in international US Western which makes sense especially for the third and fourth season that's more so what they do

And you say that if they had been on marketed towards western American market they were popular I personally do not think that's true because everything about it BTS is not the first ones in K-pop history to ever go towards more Western and more American markets with her of marketing it's not they're not the first one is obviously

Wanna girls are size oh I want to buy saw it a little more with his head game Cyle and he had cute couple more of his after that but he tried to kind of do you know get further in that American western marketing but they really didn't take him seriously it's just really wasn't the time for that type of things

Yes it's just very unique and creative and if you really look at the stuff they have solid concepts and that's another thing that really drew people draw people in other than them being like promoted other countries

Do you know if you're really these groups there's lotta groups trying to be tested and they're not as successful as it so you really can't say that if it's a little did it they would've got the same type of success is BTS because BTS is BTSBTS has their own special day they got the money order was really not fair to say that exit would've been bigger than BTS if they had marketed as good as BTS

you can just say EXO. that's completely acceptable by the way. but my favorite song by them is just right because it's just such a bop it never gets old to me
