So if you're lactose intolerant like me, what do you do to get your vitamin D and calcium every day? Do you just take supplements? Do you find foods that are not dairy and just load up on those to meet your goal? Let me know what it is that you do because I don't want to take any more supplements I'm already taking a lot. I sort of want to just eat everything I need. So what do you guys eat? Let me know help me out

Your answer might just be something like because a sonar could give you the vitamin D and then the deficiency in calcium could come from hormone production that you're getting for lack of vitamin D.
