Everything depends on your diet, especially if you work out. If you are not eating enough of the right food, you will not see the results that you want, especially if you're weightlifting. After that workout is over, it doesn't matter if you've been doing this workout every day, if you go all out on your workouts, if you are not refueling your body with the protein that it needs, you're not going to see the results that you're looking for. So remember, your diet matters people. He now does not matter if you do not eat right also.

Yes, you definitely want to make sure you have a okay diet, but don't want to diet diet like have a clean diet neat good stuff

I also think cheetahs are terrible when you're first starting if you really really need and want to lose weight because I just feel like it waste all the work you've done all week if you're just gonna go out and eat like the worst food on the weekend but I'm not a really big diet type of person I eat what I want but I also don't have an issue with eating because I grew up kind of with a Mediterranean diet and I don't really have a huge sweet tooth but I think cheetahs room
