Do you guys remember in elementary school when your teacher would have a board on the wall and whenever you are your classmates would make an Accomplishment she would put a sticker or a star or a ribbon on the wall That's what you need to do whenever you're trying to get consistent with working out hear me out I know it sounds childish, but that's what works for me. Just seeing my Sticker go on my calendar or crossing that day off my list It really helps me feel accomplished like I look forward to putting that one little sticker on the calendar So if you're having issues with discipline, try it. you might need a visual reminder.
