On this fitness journey, my goal is to gain weight, but I also want to make my core stronger and increase my stamina. So in addition to weightlifting, I plan on doing Pilates maybe two to three times a week and then cardio. I'm not sure if I want to get like a small amount of cardio in every day or do it five times a week or three times a week. I'm not sure. But have you guys with a similar goal also done the same thing? What do you do to gain and stay fit? I'm still open to adding new things to my routine.
