So I really want to try a group fitness class or like a boot camp, but you guys, I have social anxiety. I have gotten better throughout the years, but overall I still get super anxious walking into groups where I don't know people doing things that I haven't done before. So like how do you guys get through that? My anxiety is so bad, like I signed up for a whole Pilates class and didn't even go because, you know, I've never done Pilates in public. I only do it at home. I don't know these people. So yeah, I need help. Let me know what I need to do.
