What does a healthy relationship with food essentially look like to you? Now, I feel like in my personal opinion, so this is things surrounding my opinion, research, my experiences, I feel like a healthy relationship with food actually stems from when you start to view food as a resource, and energy and a fuel and a form of medicine like this is something to nourish and fuel my body, right? And when you think about it, you can take our multivitamins supplements, etc. But a lot of them are not necessary literally unless you have a specific efficiency and the reason why is because you're most likely are likely supposed to obtain these things, these vitamins and minerals from your diet, right? So even when you just look at that perspective of I shouldn't have to rely on any multivitamins, etc. because my diet should be nourishing me in that way. I think that's a healthy way to look at things. And I think intuitive eating has also been a big thing, in moderation so understanding like because your body can also low-key be telling you to like binge eating you don't want to do that right so I think like understanding what healthy cues about food from your body look like versus very like emotional driven ones that's something really important to consider and I think I'm going to do a part two on this.
