I feel people really underestimate the importance of dentistry, dental health, and even just having regular checkups at your dentist. Do you recognise your risk to something such as cardiovascular disease is literally spot by your dentist just by looking at your teeth and your gums? It's that crazy. I feel like more people need to be like take dental health seriously because it can honestly tell you much more about your physical health and things can actually be spotted earlier.

I totally agree with this if you really do take care of your oral hygiene and your health it really does make a difference in all these other systems of your body like you said cardiovascular and immune system and I think it's also because of what we put into our bodies by way of our mouths our gums being so permeable and absorbent like those ingredients and all of the things that we're eating a lot of those things actually go by way of being absorbed through the gums so yeah take care of your diet and take care of your teeth
