So here are some sleep hygiene tips. As mentioned, going to bed at a set time and training yourself to go to bed at a set bedtime and then over time realizing what is your optimum bedtime. So that's tip number one. Tip number two, have a night time routine. Something that tells your body, hey, this is characteristic of when you're literally about to go to bed. For me, it's brushing my teeth, what's it called, doing my skincare, reading my Bible or texting a couple of friends and praying before I sleep. That's like my ritual and routine before, literally before bed and like seeing and seeing the things that I've like checked off to do for today, what I've got going on for tomorrow, etc. Right. So having that in place would be really, really good. The third thing is making sure before bed you've got your hydrated but not overly hydrated to point your sleep is going to be disturbed so you're not going to bed really thirsty so going to bed with making sure you've taken your water you've taken your vitamins and the third thing I the third fourth main thing I would say is just making sure even if you don't meditate or pray yeah you take time to reflect on your day and just kind of look within words I feel like activities like that before bed really help you ground yourself so that when you're sleeping you're generally sleeping like you're repairing yourself there's that sense of like restoration rest um yeah so those are my big sleep hygiene tips.
