I want to know how important dental hygiene is to you. I know some people, the first thing they notice about people when they first meet them are their teeth and yeah they're able to essentially spot a cavity from a mile away but I want to know are you really really big on teeth or are you indifferent?
I'm really big on dental hygiene because I know the correlation to health is is inevitable and there's more studies coming out with that so if you don't take care of your oral hygiene and your dental health by way of just brushing and flossing and getting regular check ups and also eating well that's another thing if you eat a lot of processed sugars and your diet is high in carbs your dental hygiene and your oral health is going to be really bad so lots of healthy fats and proteins are really Important
Very, very important. You gotta make sure to stay on point with that kind of stuff. Because if you don't, then you'll be paying a lot just to get them back to, you know, It was really good.
If you have brown spots on your teeth do not talk to me if your tongue is white do not talk to me if you if your breath stinks you cannot talk to me if you have food between every gap of you to get the fuck away from me that's it
I love this response but well vegetables are carbs and they're really healthy for you but again it's just about having good variety just mainly for your overall physical health.
