I also think as well being intuitive about how you, I'm very observant about how you feel after you've had a meld. Like if you feel deflated, like you generally need to like conch out, like you feel low in energy after meld. That's a low vibrational plate honey, like you need to like make that plate more high vibrational, add some greens, like add some colorful foods are gonna like generally boost your mood because like especially in today's society a lot of people suffer from mental health components that honestly if we modify a lot of our environment or even just like our diet like there will be such a significant improvement in your symptoms just based on that literally just based off of that.

I think a healthy relationship with food is a period throughout the week where you're watching what you eat in terms of the nutrients, the total amount of calories and also just making sure you're hydrated a lot with water throughout the day in the morning, afternoon on the evening.

I massively agree. I think having a consistent, healthy diet is key. I say diet, but you know, I mean just food lifestyle in general. And then obviously keeping hydrated, but also giving yourself room to indulge, but not overindulge. shows all about like discipline not overdoing gear but still yeah enjoying things.
