Naps, naps, naps. I used to be a person that when I said I was going for a nap, I was going for four full on straight hours. That was nap time to me. I could not go a single day without a nap for years. And that's on being anemic. Like, I'm not even joking. However, as of like, I would say the past year, I have literally been able to go out on a day-to-day without having an app. And I will literally say a big testament to what has probably changed and to why I could probably survive is honestly, I feel like one big thing is honestly mentality because there's been times where my eye levels are still really, really low. and I do have those waves of feeling a bit low-key tired, but I think when you have a really set structure for your day and it's very tunnel vision, I feel like the adrenaline you get from that kind of massively outweighs feelings of tiredness, so that's definitely one aspect. Number two is again, making sure I have a really good, good iron-rich diet. So because I'm getting a lot of energy from the foods I eat, that also plays a part because I don't need to be eating to the point I feel like I need to congeal. That's just doing the most but yeah I would say those two major tips have massively helped and again just actually trying to regulate my sleep schedule so I think at first trying to fight my urge to have a nap and once you get past one day without getting a nap, honestly it becomes easy like as if you're walking.
