Yo, yo, hope everyone had a good weekend. I'm gonna kick it off by asking do you guys use resistant bands and If so has it benefited you at all? I've actually got some and I'm thinking of using them again I think they're really beneficial You know if you're at home and you sort of do quick simple exercises and even on YouTube There's so many that I've learned from the past So yeah, tell me if you guys use them and I know people using for stretching as well before workouts and would you recommend that also?
