Yo yo, good morning guys, so Reporting here from the UK this morning. Nice bright and sunny and I want to talk about mental fitness What do you do to improve your mental fitness? So think of it as you know as much as we go to the gym and work out our brains have to go work out too, right? So what strategies do you do for me personally? I like meditating I like to also, you know dive in to my emotions to the point where I use them on my serving. I think it's important to understand that and not to give your power away in certain situations. And yeah, the mind is a powerful tool.

I wholeheartedly agree with this. I think this is another great way that you can, you know, use your brain, keep it going, learn new things, learn new skills. I've learned, you know, how to do like crocheting and, you know, all those artsy type of things. And I think those really help with our mental stimulation.

I agree with you. I think meditation is great and it's been shown to increase, you know, our brain capacity over time and our ability to focus. So I think meditation is great. I really haven't been doing too much of it lately, honestly, but what I will do is like go for a walk or something and just be really mindful about my surroundings and like what I see and just enjoy my time in nature.

What are you do is basically try a social media detox so that my brain is not like scrolling all the time but instead of paying attention to other different things

Yeah, I agree with what you said. For me personally I have tried to meditate and it does work so every now and then I do a bit of it. Just try breathing exercises I guess. That's about it.

For mental fitness I feel like a lot of it has to do with the inner work so journaling meditating all of that but also like surrounding yourself with people that improve your mental health make you happy make you feel appreciated because obviously you want to be surrounded by those type of people and not people that are gonna drain your energy
