Hi! Hey, how do you improve your bench press? Me and my son want to know what you guys do to improve it. Like, personally I'm stuck on 30kg each side and the bar itself is 20. So just wanted to know some tips how you guys improve it and go higher with weight.
You need to keep progressively overload in meaning you need to keep pushing the same way it's just keep pushing them week in week out make sure you do good on you to stay in disciplined and eventually they will get easier anything of your work
The way I improve my benchpress honestly is I eat a crack 10 of protein like a lot of protein and then I slept for like nine hours so I'm saying he could sleep good and it will go up
Oh OK no problem what you would do is that you would take the bar and then when you're coming up this is off your chest when you're coming up go slowly and try to squeeze your chest make sure that the weight is a medium and make sure to do a lot of reps of this
So I went to physical therapy last year with like health issues and ever since I've been in the gym and I have I found that breathing exercises actually helps tremendously like no matter what you do even in the gym
Okay, it depends on how many reps you're doing because if you're pushing this weight and you're only getting maybe two or three reps It's way too fucking heavy. Find something you can do for 10 reps Once you find that add 10 add five pounds on it do that for 10 reps then add five pounds on that then effort
Dog, just lower the weight, do a lot more reps. Do a lot more reps, do that for at least a week, a week and a half, and then try to hit your max right away, right after.
Like lightweight even if it's just a bar go until you're tired go until it's hard to eat those arms can't move just fucking pump it out and then after done with that take the day and come back at Mac
