So I've been contemplating whether I should get a Fitbit or Apple Watch, these fitness watches or whatever and I think it will help with my training because I'll be able to track more things. So I was just wondering when you train do you track your training with some sort of watch or some sort of technology and do you think it helps would you recommend it so yeah let me know

If you haven't got one yet, I either go with an Apple Watch or a Garmin watch. Garmin is really good as well You get your money's worth. I have a Fitbit And it's good, but it's definitely not like I'm not training anymore for things or else I would get rid of it Fitbit basically just keeps track of you know sleep and heart rate And but it's definitely not for training. You can't get messages on it You can't get like GPS to no length of how you run There's so much better stuff you can get with an Apple Watch and a Garmin that are worth the money
