So I wanted to know how do you find a good personal trainer? What is it you look for in a personal trainer? Is it the goal you're looking for? Your overall objective? So yeah, what other things would it look like? That's so funny!

Um, personally for me, I tend to come up like, people kind of just come up to me and I end up attracting people who are very much in the fitness realm. And I don't know how, but somehow I always happen to meet fitness trainers. But a good tip would be, if you have a gym you go to, you can ask the people who work there if they have, oh my god, I'm sorry for this ice cream chuck. Very rude of it to take up my time. Hold on.

So sorry, I had to tell the ice cream man to get out of the way. But basically what I was going to say is that I would say to the workers at whatever gym that you go to, ask them if they have any references because I'm sure that they meet people who are trainers there or even have trainers themselves or even are trainers themselves and they can help you with that. And then of course there's always Google and stuff like that. I hope that was helpful.

I know it's bad, however, they need to have like a clientele so you know they're actually good or you know people do like them as a personal trainer and after one session I think that's when you gauge if you do like them or if they're for you or not. Me personally I like communication so I'd like a personal trainer to be you know talking me more time.

So I'm a personal trainer certified through ISSA and I'm just going to give advice on like what I would do if I was somebody looking for a personal trainer. I would probably go to my local gym or a gym that you trust, see what their trainers are like there and know what you want to work on before meeting with that person. So if you know you want to gain muscle and like mobility maybe, you know, say I want a trainer that specializes in gaining muscle, mobility has this much experience.

On top of already knowing what you're looking for in a person, just making sure to get to know the trainer and see if you guys fit well together. You've got personalities and you can always ask to see their certifications. I always ask people if they want to see them and I'll send them to them just so they have that like comfort level.

I think you can find a good person on channel by searching through social media, also seeing the videos they put out, also their physique and the before and after pics of their previous firms.

Honestly, the best way is probably to get a personal trainer online or referrals. Instagram as well. I think Instagram is a really good way to find a good personal trainer because you can actually see how they operate with their clients.
