So keeping a... So having a good diet is very important. Whether or not you're working out. And, yeah, I just wanted to know what you would consider a healthy diet. Because, yeah, you can't. Would it be no chocolates, no sweets, no desserts? Would it be less of this, more of that? What do you think? Let me know.

I guess it is having a good balance everything into my junk food make sure you get in your vegetables or fruits your protein and what not so yeah

I consider a healthy diet being balanced, not too much of everything, not too less. Just having a balance of everything.

I mean it will depend on the person I want to go there but generally speaking to a good day it would be a balance of everything you know including the bad stuff like sugar and junk food after a pint obviously
