So I was just wondering when you train do you track your training with some sort of watch or some sort of technology and do you think it helps would you recommend it so yeah let me know

I think the fitness watches can definitely help, especially with accountability kind of like you're saying. I wouldn't totally rely on them for like calories burned and like to tell you the intensity of your workout because that's not always correct, but yeah, I think it's great for tracking sleep, step count and just like staying accountable and checking off your workouts each week.

I love the fitness watches. I definitely have one. I use it very often, not only that, but I can link up with other people like in my phone contacts if they have an Apple Watch and then we can kind of like compete with each other to see how many steps we get. or we can set our own goals and try to accomplish those goals on a daily basis. So and it definitely helps with your metrics and seeing the change over time. Highly recommend it.

I got a watch last year specifically to track my health and stuff and they honestly give you so much insight and it's really going to help you with your training and your diet and your health in general. And it's fun, you know, if you have other people that are into it, you can like turn it into a competition, you know, like or a way to motivate each other. good for that.
