Personally I feel like it's really hard for me to force myself to work out if I'm in a bad mood but I force myself to do it anyway because I know that like once I'm done I feel so much better and my mood is even improved so I wanna know if you guys go to the gym if you're in a bad mood

Yes I usually do it's very rare for me to not go if I'm in a bad mood what I've actually realized is the days that I'm like really in a bad mood are usually the days where I will hit a PR when it at the new weight or just more reps because I'm so like filled with whatever I'm feeling and I'm taking it out in that work out

It depends how bad in a mood I am if it's like a mood where I have like the energy to work out I will but if not then I don't want to put negativities into my workout
