I feel like your metabolism is really influenced by how often you're eating so personally I try and eat three larger meals a day and then usually like one snack throughout the day but that's just what works for me
I eat about three times per day but like yeah I like huge meals always but about three times per day or all of it a big breakfast have a snack and then tell her later

I mean I eat like almost every fucking day my mentality is so fucking fast I woke up to 145 pounds the next day I wake up at 120 pounds but I mean it's gonna be like that because I got like 12% body fat so I'm home chilling

Well I'm all over the place because sometimes I can eat like a horse or I don't eat at all or I forget. Sometimes I forget I've eaten. Soooo I couldn't tell you what works for me cos... I'm dumb as shit.
