One thing that I recently learned is that exposing your eyes not looking directly at the sun but like in the morning like letting yourself get outside so your eyes can get the vitamin D is one of the most beneficial times to get vitamin D for your body and it's really good for your health
Yeah it's super crazy that the advent of everyone wearing sunglasses all the time when the sun is out oh yeah I take mine off purposefully on morning walks to get some of that tea that big day in the sky Love it thanks
Yeah morning suns amazing if you can get into the sun before 11 AM and 15 minutes without any sunscreen at all just 15 minutes 15 to 20 minutes to get vitamin D it's amazing and also the light that you get into your eyes the cascade of wonderful benefits that create is amazing so if you can do it highly recommend it or also in the evening when the UV index isn't really high
