I feel like it's so hard to find a good like healthy restaurant so what are your guises favorite healthy restaurants what are you get from there let me know because it's hard to get out and try and be healthy at the same time so I'm curious where you guys go
I don't really eat out for this reason like a lot of things have like canola oil in it and processed food to try I'm not really I'm like a try not to have that at all but usually it's like a salad like usually most places will have some sort of salad so all that's what I'll have if I go somewhere
To me personally to be healthier better off cooking at home if you're really going to you know wanting to be on a healthy kick when you're eating out there's so many processed foods that already have the preservatives versus you like actually cooking a little non-GMO chicken and what up if you're eating depending on like what kind of person like what type of person you are a pescatarian a vegetarian if you're a meat eater whatever etc. etc. your best bet is just to eat at home personally
My mom she missed the best food I'm even though I'm chubby like I thought you healthy you know my mom can make the best Caesar salad in the world Oh I love my mama
I am I feel as though if you like really want to be healthy I would say make things at home because that restaurant is white and processed shit and oils bad shit like that so you are really better off making sit at home
OK Chick-fil-A grilled chicken on top of the salad And dumb Yeah it's from Chick-fil-A grilled chicken on top of the salad does not matter but I personally like the grilled chicken with the arm the house salad thing so yeah
