I just made a really healthy smoothie for lunch I put in some tropical blend fruit spinach almond milk Chia seeds collagen and then vanilla protein powder and it tasted so good

I love putting blueberries bananas protein powder collagen almond butter and sometimes I'll put some greens in there and I'll use an unsweetened organic nut milk like almond milk and a little bit of candy and alkaline water and that's normally my go to every single morning
