Do you think measuring your BMI is a good indication of how fit or healthy you are? Let me know. BMI, body mass index, if you don't know what that is then this question is for you. But yeah, let me know if you think it's a good way to tell if someone's health fit or healthy.

No because it can't tell the difference between fat and muscle how many athletes and bodybuilders are considered overweight according to BMI so I don't use it all for my personal trainer

It's good if you don't like train your body in any way like bodybuilders no it's not good but like if you just kind of like go through life like I hesitate to say no more but I can just go to life that's probably like an OK indicator but probably I would say no

Definitely not because there's been situations where people were underweight for their height and all that stuff but I don't feel like that's really accurate considering it hasn't changed over all of these years

Do the abdominal tape measurements. Take a measuring tape around the abdomen and then see how close it is to half your height. The closer to half your height, the more healthy you are.

No you could be thick obese on the BMI scale but it's not even funny it's just a lot of muscle and then again you could be under way on the scale but you're not actually unhealthy in anyway
