So currently, sorry for the background music, currently in the gym. Some people like to take some sort of supplements, protein shakes, creatine, vitamins and stuff. I don't know, do you take those sort of things or do you not need to? Let me know.

Yes I take probiotics forgot health But that's about it for right now I do need I should be taking more supplements at the moment but I'm currently not
