So currently, sorry for the background music, currently in the gym. Some people like to take some sort of supplements, protein shakes, creatine, vitamins and stuff. I don't know, do you take those sort of things or do you not need to? Let me know.

I don't currently, but I feel like I should. Yeah, I probably definitely need some vitamin D since I live in Washington. I don't get enough sunlight.

I really think it depends on what you're trying to do if you're trying to maintain there's really no need if you're trying to lose any probably want to manipulate the vitamins a certain way and if you try to gain same thing

I take some vitamin C some vitamin E and some like hair growth supplements but that's pretty much it
