So currently, sorry for the background music, currently in the gym. Some people like to take some sort of supplements, protein shakes, creatine, vitamins and stuff. I don't know, do you take those sort of things or do you not need to? Let me know.

I personally do just because I am low on iron and vitamin D and I don't ever go outside because I do work most of the time and I to school so don't ever ever time to go outside so you know how to get my vitamins somehow

No I actually don't take any vitamins or supplements sometimes like I'll remember to take zinc but on a daily basis I don't take any vitamins or supplements and I never get sick

I try to rely on my diet but of course that's kind of difficult so yeah I'll add a protein powder to a smoothie that kind of thing there's a gummy vitamin I I like smarty pants.

No but I actually think I should start taking them cause I don't think I get enough in fruit and vegetables normally I just know I feel like I'm missing out on a lot so yeah

Yes, vitamins are very important and anyone who does not eat fruits and vegetables on a daily basis should have these supplements in their diet. Vitamins such as zinc, magnesium, calcium, vitamin D3 and for women make sure you get a surplus of iron.
