So for me personally I think the diet is the hardest part of training or trying to stay fit and I just wanted to know what diets do you follow have you tried and is the one you would recommend.

I don't have a specific days I guess I don't need any read me I don't really know if I said to me to be honest I'm lactose intolerance are used to have like weeks are vegan and they help me I come on the toilet

I don't really do a restrictive diet. I have tried fasting, the intermittent fasting, and I did eight hours of a window to eat and then the rest of the 16 hours I fasted with only just like water tea coffee.

If I do track anything, it would be my protein and my general calories. I don't like track it to a T, but I just try my best and like try to figure out, you know, try to stick with lower calorie foods. So.

I've tried a couple different ones my favourite being Weight Watchers and the keto diet my dad also did the Atkins one and he had a lot of success with that but I never stick to the diets

So I tried in only 10 Big Macs and 2-4 pieces and 2 Big Macs. I'm not big mags lord fries, and two dogs peppers, but that's not enough of me.
